HOW TO FIND THE RIGHT MENTOR(S) FOR YOU:

Our mentors are ready to provide guidance for new officers, promotions, career development, and leadership. Consider seeking mentors within and outside your agency.​​​

  1. Reach out to possible mentor(s) using the Active Mentor List.
  2. Once you find a mentor, notify your Mentoring Program Agency Liaison.
  3. Mentor-mentee pairs who meet 4+ times in the fiscal year (Oct 1-Sept 30) are eligible for a Certificate of Appreciation.
