Bylaws & Strategic Charter

Committee Description:

The Bylaws and Strategic Charter Committee is charged with assuring that the Bylaws remain current and reflect the objectives of the organization to include:

Review of Bylaws for consistency with Board policy
Submission of recommendations to the Board via written report
Making proposed Bylaws changes available for publication
Reviewing chapter Bylaws every year for compliance with the AAFP Bylaws.
