We look forward to seeing you at the USAFP 2024 Annual Meeting & Exposition. For those of you that have not attended previous meetings, noted below are items to note when registering/attending. Please reach out if you have any questions.

Funding

Funding to attend the meeting comes from various sources. If you are not funded by your command, please contact Matt Schulte at the USAFP Headquarters office for assistance.

Registration Fees

Register by 1 March for the discounted registration fee.

Resident
Attendees that have not yet completed their initial residency program training.

Full Conference – $300/$350
Single Day – $75/$125
Two Days – $150/$200

Medical Student
$25/$25

Appropriate Uniform

  • Air ForceAny combinations of Blues. Service Dress for all speakers
  • ArmyOCP or Service Class B (AGSU/ASU); Service Class A (AGSU/ASU) for speakers
  • Coast GuardTropical Blue Long or service ODUs. Speakers in Service Dress Blue

Social Events & Meetings

  • Resident & Student Reception (Sunday, 24 March $)Don’t miss this opportunity to network with your fellow students and residents. Socialize with your peers while exchanging dialogue and benefiting from the mentorship of Family Medicine leaders. Light hors d’oeuvres and beverages will be served.
  • Doc, You Don’t Know Jack (Monday, 25 March)Army, Navy, and Air Force resident teams complete during the annual USAFP resident quiz bowl.
  • USAFP Committee Meetings (Tuesday, 26 March)This meeting will provide the USAFP Committee Chairs the opportunity to present a brief overview of their committee's activities. Joining a committee is a wonderful way to participate in the Academy and can be added to your resume. Lunch is included.
  • Installation & Awards Ceremony (Wednesday, 27 March $ for guests)Join meeting attendees for the installation of elected USAFP Officers & Directors. USAFP will honor those individuals who have been selected for the Academy Awards. Lunch is included.
  • House of Blues All Attendee Celebration (Wednesday, 27 March $)Join other attendees at the House of Blues for an evening of delicious food and entertainment!

Also included are wellness activities, interest meetings for Hospitalists Medicine, Sports Medicine, and Sports and Exercise Medicine. Be sure to register for these events and join the fun!
