In the fall of 2009, the first specialty-wide mentorship program was launched.  Our current goal is to offer access to the program for all interested members of our specialty.

The program is very simple. Just follow the below steps:

1. Log on to www.mentorship-program.org and click on the "enroll in program"
   link on the left side of the screen. 
2. Type in your information and click "Submit enrollment request".
3. Go to your email where you will see a message with a link to access the
   intake survey.
4. Complete the intake survey.
5. Within 30 days, you will receive a message matching you with a mentor,
   mentee, or both, depending on what you requested.  Note: Mentors will be at
   least one rank and 3 years ahead of their mentees.
   

NOTE: If you have already completed the survey, there is no need to complete
it again, unless you want to update your profile.  Your information is
already in the database.
